Don't trust western medicine these days. My father has pretty bad arthritis, loves golf, and can't play due to his hands being so painful. Makes me sad to see his love of golf coming to an end.
Any of you know of supplements or cures to arthritis that western medicine has hidden from us? Know it is a long shot, but this place seems to be the only place where I get truth.
Thanks everyone. Love you all.
My journey with arthritis started years ago, when I was in my twenties. My grandmother had the same thing, so I was researching it hoping to help her as well.
Short answer is: Go carnivore, no carbs.
Cut sugar is 50% effective, but one must cut potatoes, pumpkin, sweet potatoes and grains also. (White rice is the only thing that can possibly be OK)
I dabbled with Keto (Animal products & green veg) and that made it a lot better, but there were still some niggles. - (I became sensitve to spinach, kale , chards, and carrots)
So animal products only for me.
Some peeps find they have to limit to beef and veinson only, but I am lucky, I can have yoghurt and eggs too.
I don't think I had/have arthritis but have just beat my body to crap. Went carnivore to lose weight and my back and shoulder pain disappeared (had on and off for 20 years). I do believe that breads and veggies were messing me up for a long time. Now it's meats, dairy, and eggs for me. Been almost a year and still feel great.
It is amazing in the first three months. My knee pain resolved partly because I lost about twenty pounds.
My buddy calls it the Grumpy Old Man diet. The really old father in the movie had a diet of eggs, bacon, beer, and cigarettes. Much like my diet kek
