Did the manager really say what the article claims or is that coming from the sister.

May be unpopular but I don't think Wendy's did anything wrong. If a person is working for a company and not meeting the needs of the company, then it is reasonable to fire them. We only have 1 side of the story. And in my opinion, that is one side too many, this shouldn't have even been picked up by GWP. Leave it on Facebook where it belonged.
