There's a lot of contentious debate in this forum about that particular phrase. Some people think that, like other countries freed from Cabal control, the country will be cleansed of all Cabal influence, while others feel that Israel will cease to exist. I'm curious what your interpretation of the phrase is. Let me be perfectly clear, this is not a bait for antisemites or antizionists, as much as I disagree with your opinion, we're all adults here, hopefully.
In my opinion, based on the Abraham Accords, "Israel for last" means that the elements of Cabal control will be removed, The country will remain, however, the United States no longer will fund the Iron dome system, as the Cabal elements, i.e. "Iran is a constant threat" or "Palestine is a constant threat" will be neutralized and removed.
It's not about the goodness or badness of any people.
It's the simple equation, accepted by both sides, that Israel in its current form relies on all sorts of unique things like exceptional foreign aid, demographic apartheid, exceptional in flow of specific migration, and exceptional influence in its allies politics.
Once Israel respects equally the human rights of everyone living there, it changes into something else over night. This isn't the case in any other place.
One could argue when this is all over, the world will be "new." America, with the removal of all the evils, will be "new."
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
