My kid wants to go on a Sping Break school trip to Tawain. I told them no because world is way too unstable right now. They are now mad, but i think its the right decision. Thoughts?

Right now Taiwan might be not the best choice. It’s a group of college friends I would have them pick a different location. If they are high school I would volunteer to go as a chaperone and pick a different location.
