On January 11, 2022 Blackrock International, Inc. (Lafayette) filed a voluntary petition under Ch. 11 Bankruptcy Code. Blackrock International is being represented by Attorney David Patrick Keating

It doesn't mean anything.
This seems to be more of a re-organizational thing.

Big Satan files Bankruptcy and divests itself into dozens of Small Satans with different names... same hidden owners and same agenda. Nothing changed except for the Big Satan becomes hidden among various other names which are harder to track back to their controlling masters.

Some Inc, some LLC. The ones outside the U.S. I would guess are shells for tax purposes. Beyond that my knowledge is fairly limited in this area.
