Blackrock International, Inc. Files for Bankruptcy in Lafayette

On January 11, 2022 Blackrock International, Inc. (Lafayette) filed a voluntary petition under Ch. 11 Bankruptcy Code. Blackrock International is being represented by Attorney David Patrick Keating

👍 Thassa lorra subsidiary, and that's only "Inc", or are these all shells?

Some Inc, some LLC. The ones outside the U.S. I would guess are shells for tax purposes. Beyond that my knowledge is fairly limited in this area.
