Wow!

The causeway to South Padre Island, Texas was hit and a section fell. It was out for months.

They hired ferries to move people around. People were stuck for a few days waiting fo r the ferries to show up.

Hotels were cheap.

I’m guessing it usually takes longe because the politicians have to wait for the best bribe.
