I think this was the pertinent point...

The FBI under the leadership of James Comey offered Christopher Steele $1 million to corroborate salacious allegations made in his dossier against Donald Trump and members of his 2016 campaign, but he was unable to do so, an FBI official testified Tuesday.

It would be like saying, the FBI, under Christopher Wray's watch, raided Mara-A-Lago, arrested a pastor in front of his young kids with a swat team, and pursued hundreds of Americans with insurrection crimes for simply practicing their First Amendment rights to protest because they stood on the lawn of the US Capitol.

Same idea I think. They all have bloody hands and all need to be held to account for their corruption and anti-Constitutional endeavors.
