The woman in the hearing stated it was not tested for transmission before it was brought to market.

IOW, they just made up the claims and blasted them everywhere.

They may have tested it AFTER it was already on the market -- who knows.

If so, they wouldn't let us know because it would have increased transmission, not reduced it.
