Seem to recall reading something along the lines of "how does one introduce evidence legally" ...... juuuuuuuuust sayin. First thing that hit the noggin when hearing about this
What happens when the committee isn't legitimate to begin with because the republicans on the committee were selected by Pelosi instead of Kevin McCarthy?
Seems that Bannon already lost that argument sadly
Yeah that's basically the point I'm trying to make. The people running the committee apparently have the power to do whatever they feel like, so this idea that Trump could do anything without the permission of the committee is ludicrous IMO
The only way Trump is able to anything in his favor is if patriots are truly in control and this whole thing was designed specifically so Trump had a stage to make his case about the stolen election
Maybe I haven't looked hard enough but I've not seen when they propose he appear. You'd think that an appearance prior to the midterms is not an option this late in the game. But I would think that litigation over the issue of privilege is something they'd love to run with. Gaslighting us about how he won't show up to be held accountable or some other such bullshit...
McCarthy is a narcissist. Horrible
