They are criminals in the conspiracy. They know who did it, and have lied about it. They have lied about the evidence, and hid the evidence. That makes them co-conspirators. They actively assisted the murderers in the crime. It’s no different than helping your friend bury a body after he kills someone. You are now an accessory.

They have known election fraud was altering our elections for decades. And they have sat on that info and actively attempted to hide it as well. Making them also a participant in the crime.

Yes! Like they are going to keep self-incriminating evidence for potential review by outsiders! And as experts in criminal behavior, and criminal law, how could they ever be convicted of their various crimes UNLESS there are perpetrators, and probably would need more than one, within their own agency who would testify against them, but then, again, without the physical evidence, it would amount the the he said/she said kind of thing, and a jury would conclude there are "reasonable doubts".
