Continue, man! What all do I need to do to eat healthy? I'm already cutting out greasy foods and sugar when possible, eating only organic cereals for breakfast (don't like cooking eggs fsr)
If you're really serious, I would reconsider this.
Eggs are not only a great food source, but our body uses like 90% of the egg for nutrition. Its use to waste ratio is amazing.
I'd find what style you like and stick with it. I like hot sauce and cajun spices on my scrambled eggs, but when I was broke, I used stolen Taco Bell Fire sauce or plain old ketchup (which tastes surprisingly great!)
Ok, so what you have to do is break the egg on the flat countertop. I know it doesn't make sense at first, but it doesnt puncture the shell the same way.
At that point, you can grab the sides to open it and have control of the shell.
Gordon Ramsey has videos about this, and he has a very different method to making scrambled eggs with creme fraise. Let me tell you its excellent, and its not complicated.
First, get the egg cracking right.
And if you cook bacon prior to the egg, you can use the bacon grease to cook the eggs and add bacon flavor to them. 😉

Every time I do it I lose a few bits of shell in the egg lol
