Protestor from "Just stop oil" a pair of them tipped tomato soup over a painting, the famous Sunflowers. It is a classic controlled op op. They get past security and the painting is behind glass! Then pose for press photos etc. It's a scam, but they will be teaching kids hey look this is how you change the world... vandalism. But this was staged, mollycoddled by the police.
