The Khazar name was first noted about 400 AD. Khazaria at its greatest expansion in about 850 AD barely made it to the area of Kiev and didn't last long after that.

You are correct...however...Azovstal is the Capital of note...In 850 BC/AD/CE meh AD it is (Edit) it was called Atil.
