Yep, I agree with this observation. This is why when Trump actually used the F word once, it was so powerful. Important to make your words count.

I don't use foul language at all, very rarely. I find it refreshing Trump is one of the few media personalities who doesn't curse casually regardless of topic

Absolutely. Sometimes Trump's curses don't "land", so to speak, and it emphasizes to me how deliberate it is.
