For those who may not know, Kim is German and took refuge in New Zealand (!! Imagine that!) after a big scandal with his Megaupload (hope I got the name right, it's been a while) platform.

He offered numerous times to go to the USA (with promise of extradition protection) and appear before congress during the whole (gosh, which scandal was it now. There are so many) ... Russiagate? Anyway, he essentially claimed that Seth Rich had uploaded info to KDCs platform and he had the inside scoop on all that DNC and Hilary nonsense back in 2016.

Somebody with a better memory for keeping all the scandals straight please chime in.
