same with gluten. it helps some people, and I respect that, but there's a lot of people who don't really need it, but do it because somebody who had a legitimate problem said to. It's all about your personal dietary needs.
It'd be like me telling a friend to stop drinking milk, because I'm lactose intolerant and it helped me, even though this friend may have no particular problem with lactose.
Besides, it'd also be hypocritical, because I'll never give up milk completely. it's too tasty.🤪😅
