Have you ever read Atlas Shrugged? He should shrug John Galt style and start pulling in other producers into Texas and Florida. Create a Galt's Gulch union with the original constitution and amendments. Disable all activities and services to only states that are part of Galt's Gulch and watch the clown show fall in on itself. Other states will vote to join with a quickness.
