2 droppers full of Planetary Herbals Full Spectrum Turmeric daily. It's very important to use a full spectrum liquid turmeric with piperine (the piperine allows your body to absorb 20 times more of the turmeric). Mix it with water as it tastes bad but it is highly anti-inflammatory. Also don't spill it on anything. It stains things very badly. If you spill it then high proof grain alcohol (everclear, diesel, etc.) will remove the stain.
