Lice, scabies and any other insect with an exoskeleton can easily be eradicated by completely wetting with strong salt water or even taking a dip in the ocean and allowing to air dry. Do not towel off. Absolutely no reason to use harsh chemicals and this method is 100% effective.

You should moisturize your skin afterwards.
