FLCCC have a post-vaccine protocol. It looks like a lot of the recommendations are primarily designed to mitigate against the spike proteins. They also list NAC and C-60 which some say may help with the graphene oxide, but I don't know if that's conclusive. And who knows how to destroy the rubbery clots? Let's hope that ascorbic acid works against that.

I hear NAC is a great preventative measure for allergies. Is that true?
Asking because my sinus allergies have been torturing me this week for some reason. Yes, torture--if you knew how bad the headaches were, you'd say the same thing.
In fact, someone please redpill me on allergies in general. I don't think antihistamines and corticosteroids are good enough anymore.
I have heard that eating honey made locally has helped.
Bromelain, which is often mixed with Quercetin to aid absorption, is also great in reducing hayfever symptoms I have found.
...I have suffered severely with allergies this season...
...I have gotten a lot of relief with the OTC saline nose spray....
Navage...the $100 battery-operated neti pot is worth the money. It flushes out the sinuses with a salt water mix.
Already tried neti pots.
The swelling in my nose gets so bad that the water goes in one nostril and does NOT come out the other. Just stops.
L-histidine. It’s an amino acid. Look into it.
I'll try that, thank you.
I also use the Navage because it is battery powered with mild pressure to get the saline solution thru. Had my sinuses re-arranged in a car wreck in 1968 and this is the best thing I've found. Also Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold seems to help quickly.
Yes this works for me. I do it preventative so my sinuses stay open.
Nebulizer. Make your saline with 2 tsp Celtic salt. Add 1 tsp 2% food grade hydration peroxide. Add 1 to 2 drops Lugol’s 2% iodine. This makes a pint which can be refrigerated and kept up to 4 weeks in the fridge. Use3 to 4x/day.
Allergies are the body's reaction to foreign Proteins.
With allergies on the rise it means either the body is suddenly responding to normal Proteins it has encountered for hudreds of thousands of years, or these proteins are foreign.
Considering flora/fauna/animals have evolved with us, new Proteins from different plants and animals have always been introduced to our bodies over generations.
Then, there is modern times where the world is much smaller. Things, food and people are moving all around the globe. GMO entities exist which have been modified in the lab as opposed to old breed and seed methods.
Endemic viruses and Proteins are like a chemical defense network. It prevents migration and mixing. Whole sectors of humanity are captives by allergies and pathogens.
That regime has been tossed up over the last 4 generations. Then you add in the lab grown stuff. Now you are injecting the foreign bodies directly into the blood stream. A protein is never naturally injected into the blood stream unless it's from a fang/thorn/other breaking if the skin. Generally humans take this very seriously, except in the case of vaccination.
If you are having allergies and feel like typical treatments aren’t cutting it, look into Mast Cell issues/histamine intolerance. If the descriptions of those things fit you, you want to get on an antihistamine and anti-inflammatory diet along with allergy medications that cover the H1/H2/H3 and H4 if your doctor is down for it.
There’s also NAO supplements that I’ll personally be trying out soon.

Having improper immune responses can also cause a heck of a lot of problems that seem very unrelated to allergies. I had many immunologists/allergists laugh me out of their office for raising my concerns (not just disagreeing, but unprofessionally/unscientifically doing so)… So imagine my surprise when I went to my cardiologist for low BP and tachycardia and they were like “Yeah it looks like you have untreated mast cell issues”…. Would have saved me years of suffering if the first doctors didn’t have their heads up their own backsides.
Take the alfalfa tablets linked to below. I used to have terrible allergies, but haven't ever since I started taking this regularly years ago. Not hype, it just works.

Now knowing that vax☠xines are associated with causing allergies (just another adverse effect), preventive measures starts with not ever falling for the perpetuated chicanery that vax☠xines prevent disease. Look at the Amish community to understand this. They are far less sickly and more healthy than vax☠xed Americans.
Quercetin and stinging nettle are also great for allergies.
A lot of my allergy/asthma symptoms calmed down when I quit eating certain foods. Have you been to an allergist or done an elimination diet?
I get massive allergies when I eat foods like peanuts with lots of unsaturated fats. I did elimination method with different types of food and I would eat it and the day after get "allergies" like runny nose and sneeze a lot.
Stopped eating peanuts after that.
It never happened/kicked in immediately, but instead the day after so I would not automatically think it was the peanut.
I've been trying it. I think it takes a second to build up. My wife and I were discussing putting a reference together on how to use a this stuff including notes and observations while we figure it out. Will probably give it to family who care about this stuff.
I use Suspended Colloidal Silver and spray 2x's each nostril...Keeps the bugs away AND helps with the sinus issues...
