I comprehend what you're saying, but again, why not spread crumbs for people to arrive at the conclusion if you can't speak? Gregg is not a dumb guy, and is totally capable of sending comms, or pointing people where to look.

It's much better than a "do it because I said so" post.

This is just me, but If I was Greg Phillips, who is facing a lawsuit right now, I wouldn't be saying anything publicly. Who knows what the reasons are?
