I talked to someone who was driving somewhere North of Round Rock yesterday. His GPS navigation was completely messed up.
Where I am today is at the southern edge of the "GPS messed up" zone. Most people here are unaware that there was an issue. The few that did have a problem had no idea it was a regional thing, but thought it was just their device.
