Today at about 9;50 on my local FOX News Radio station 93.9, they announced that the FBI, Local PD, local FD’s and first responders would be working a training downtown, tomorrow morning to late morning. It was a news alert out of nowhere to avoid our downtown near the city offices during those times. The FBI never does “training” in our downtown. Just odd. We’ll see what’s going on in the morning I guess.

I thought it read "Special event - expect delays". I would not bet the farm on it though
