9 Food Shortages Coming This Fall & Winter Sep 11, 2022
FacebookTwitterLinkedInEmailMySpaceCopy LinkShare Steve Poplar, of the YouTube Channel Poplar Preparedness, has created yet another video, in which he discusses global food shortages. That video can be found here – 9 Food SHORTAGES Coming This FALL / WINTER – YouTube
In it, he discusses what items will be in short supply this fall and winter. This can inform buyers when stocking up on needed goods, and preparing. If you’re short on time and can’t watch the video, I’ve watched it for you, and here are the 9 items he discusses:
Rice Wheat & Flour Potatoes Sugar Onions Corn Chicken & Turkey Beef Tomatoes There’s no harm in writing down these nine items and picking up an extra item or two the next time you’re at the grocery store, to make sure that you are prepared in case these items become scarce in the near future.

March 30,2022> Shortages they are saying regarding your food supply. There are no shortages. I am the Most High God, and I have said this before. There is plenty. They are hiding and manipulating these shortages, and a whistleblower along with a cargo ship will expose this. My children, this is a tactic of war to bring you into submission of ultimate fear, but I am destroying this war against you and exposing it all, saith the Lord of Hosts. When the plandemic hit flour and yeast got scarce and stayed scarce for months.
Couldn't find yeast anywhere when the pandemic hit my stores.
It didn't come back for 6-7 months. I had to learn how to make sourdough once flour was back in stock.
Phrew! Chips and salsa, popcorn not on list!
Another great hint for storing flour to keep the flour weevils out and assure yourself a fresh bag is to tie the new unopened bag up inside of 2 plastic grocery bags and place in the bottom of your refrigerator. I also do this with my cornmeal and any pancake mix or Bisquick. If you have any space between shelves or inside a crisper/moisture-controlled drawer, then this is what to do. I have about 5 bags of flour and 4 bags of cornmeal along with pancake and bisquick mixes. Also can freeze cookies in your freezer for the kids when the moment comes.
We put rice and flour in the freezer right after we buy it.
Good for you. If you have any great tips, please share them with all your friends on GAW. We appreciate all we can do to help each other. God bless.
Nice tip. I'm in NJ, no grocery store bags here. Thanks, Murphy! All kidding aside I saved them for months leading up to the ban so have them available for special use situations.
Smart thinking. I just told my daughter-in-law that she should be saving her zip lock bags. She uses them once and throws them away. I wash mine. I have a spray bottle with a little Lysol mixed with water and spray inside to disinfect and then I wash them with hot soapy water, rinse and dry them. They; along with your plastic grocery bags are all petroleum-based products. And we know what the price of fuel and oil is these days. Pretty soon there won't be any of these products around or they will cost alot of money, so I reuse mine until the zip lock no longer works. Kids can use them for snacks, crayons, small toys. We can reuse them for food as they have been well cleaned. No need in wasting money if you don't have to.
I also save all my grocery bags. I use them for the bathroom garbage cans too. They are handy for many things. God bless you and I post tips whenever I get the chance. Have a much-blessed day.
God bless you and all of us. Deliver us from these satanist/communists who seem to be overrunning the world.
You're welcome. And keep praying and reading your bible. The Lord is with us. He will not let us suffer. God bless my friend.
Meat of any type is going to be scarce. Same with dairy. Anything that comes direct from an animal basically. Anything made with soy and corn in a factory will be plentiful, and they'll try to force people to buy it by giving out "deals" and coupons. Avoid this stuff.
There are videos online of how to can/jar meat. There are lots of wonderful hints on line on how to preserve and save food.
There are exceptions, but generally speaking, anything that requires any preparation might as well be treated as tainted. The main exceptions are things like canned tomatoes, corn, beans... stuff where it's just what the can says + water.
Saw a great hint for saving those onions up to 8 months. Use old panty hose and cut panty part up the middle making two separate legs. Place in onion, tie a knot, place another onion, tie a knot and so on until full to top. Tie off and secure to a heavy clothes hanger and drape over back of a door hook. Each leg should hold a bag of onions. I bought a bag a week for 4 weeks. Remember which ones to use first. You have 8 months but want to assure good use. The air flows through the hose and keeps the skin dry. Just make sure to cut one off from the bottom leaving the knot to hold next onion. I am going today to buy another couple bags. We don't know how long this recession/famine is going to last. God bless all.
I wonder if the same would work for garlic? We love our garlic...
I see no reason why it wouldn't work since garlic has a skin covering too. However I don't think garlic would last that long as it is much smaller and tends to dry out quicker. Have you looked online to find out how to keep garlic? I find most of my hints online. You'd be surprised what you can find.
If you can afford eggs or have a friend who sells you eggs cheap, then you can freeze your eggs in muffin tins sprayed with a little vegetable spray; (I prefer the silicon ones) and pop them out. Ice cube trays can be used but are not that large and very hard to remove egg. They will work in a pinch if the need be. You would have to beat them first and then pour into the cubes. After freezing, store them in freezer bags for when you can no longer afford any or can't buy any. Just remember to take the eggs out when you need them and thaw at room temperature. Hope this hint comes in handy for our many pepes out there.
Excellent! Thank you. How long can you keep in the freezer?
I don't know. I have about 4 or 5 dozen in mine which I haven't used yet. I will find out the hard way I suppose.
Didn't know you could freeze eggs, this is very helpful, thank you. I eat eggs like crazy and the increase in price has really hit me. I'm planning on buying local farm fresh eggs from my brother's co-worker. Raised better, better taste, thicker shells, and not any more expensive than the "cheap" grocery store kind.
I get a lot of great hints online. This is where I found out about the eggs. I have about 4 or 5 dozen frozen. The first I did in ice trays which I had to (beat) and pour into the trays. Very hard to remove but I managed. Then my son bought me a silicon muffin pan. Broke a whole egg in each one and froze. Then they popped out. I put all my eggs in freezer bags and double wrapped with a grocery bag. Just remember to thaw at room temperature before using. Microwaving them to thaw will make them rubbery.
Can you thaw them in the fridge? Like if you don't need them right away but put them in there overnight and then cook them the next morning that would be okay?
Yes ma'am. That is how I do mine.
June 2,2022> Do not look to nor act on what they are telling you to do or what they are saying is coming. They are liars, and they do not have the power to override My Will upon this earth. You are about to see all their walls and plans come crashing down. Look not for one second and believe they have the power to destroy all they want to destroy: gas prices, inflation, interest rates, food shortages, wars, viruses, fear tactics, or strategies of war to cause you to get frustrated and just give up. You see, elections don't seem to matter. Justice isn't being served. Your enemies are untouchable and are getting away with everything, and there is nothing to stop them, it appears.
