From the question phrasing, it sounds like the military was deployed "used" when the individual WAS president.
I don't think it would be Grant, since Grant LED the army and didn't "use" it. It could be argued Lincoln used it, since the military would've been an extension of domestic/foreign policy - which only the Executive can set. Q said words matter, which is why I'm nitpicking this.
Abraham Lincoln, for starters. But there's more. A good substack series to look at is by SLAG: https://slagfa.substack.com/ . Scroll down to the bottom for the earliest ones.I read another article that talked about Lincoln and his powers during the Civil War, but I don't recall who wrote it.
If Trump//Q/Whitehats/MIL were ok with a bloody revolution, they wouldn’t have pulled back from the blatantly stolen election.
Trump et.al wants this to proceed with as few losses of civilian lives as possible, and that’s why I don’t buy PMs analysis regarding that point.
“Will be dealt with swift” is a meaning I remember when Q talks about the coming uproar.
Also something about Marins working with the NG.
I hope we’re safe, but prepare for the worst.

Which president was Q referring to?
