Precisely, I agree with all the below comments that all apps do this but to a degree. It likely comes down to WHO has the data / access to it. Yes there are tools out there to get at anything, but specific groups / actors may only have access to certain points/paths. Not every bad actor has access to spook tools and not every spook has access to all spook tools.
