Eh. The video proof is pretty conclusive that he said it...
Although the video "proof" is potato quality, and features some very strange audio artifacts (squelching) that make it, IMO, impossible to judge without some clean up.
Don't know a thing about this man, nor his history. Hope your comment rises, as it at least provides a counterpoint.
Edit: the pedo angle you mention is also intriguing, as I believe his suggestion of trigger men could display those leanings. Again, I do not know.

If you assume he was talking about hospital protestors, from the article he says he was talking about concert protestors.
**Most viewers believe that when Good mentioned these protesters, he was talking about those speaking against the COVID-19 vaccines and refusing to take them. That train of thought makes sense, as anti-vax groups made the news across the nation multiple times throughout the course of the pandemic for protesting in front of hospitals.
“The suggestion that I am against unvaccinated people is categorically false,” said Good in a statement emailed to Daily Hive. “When I started my concert tour earlier this year, some venues still had vaccine requirements in place to enter shows. I was 100% opposed to this and only accepted offers to play shows where everyone could attend.”
Several news websites that covered the video clip blatantly stated that Good was speaking about anti-vax protesters. But most of them have revised their posts on the matter since Good provided a statement to iHeartRadio.ca, saying people misunderstood him.
“At no time did I mention unvaccinated people or vaccines. I don’t even know where that came from, and I would never argue that a person does not have the right to govern their own body,” Good said.**

u/catsfive should this be stickied if Matt Good says he wasn't talking about anti-vaxxers and his shows weren't for vaccinated only?
