Vote your first choice straight across all four choices. If they toss your vote as a result, it's illegal. And at least you haven't voted for someone you didn't choose.
If you read the law, it doesn't say choosing the same person across the board is illegal or will get your ballot thrown out (unless they cheat), it says voting the same person in all four slots defeats the power of ranked choice voting. Which is exactly what we want to do, right?

They really need a "No Choice" for us to fill in, to help keep the cheaters using unranked spots later on.
