Maybe do a search for "London, The Vatican and Washington DC". I'd recommend using duckduckgo.com. Yeah, they have their own problems, but I no longer use Google.

Thank you. I took your advice and did as you suggested and the majority of the results were mainly about "Corporations", which is what the Sovereign Citizens Movement deals with.

So, again, if anyone has any information explaining how DC is foreign soil that does NOT involve the Sovereign Citizens Movement I would be very grateful. Thank you.
