This is real, America is controlled by a corporation called "The Corporation of the United States of America" controlled by the Royal Monarchy in London. We are all subjects to the Queen (now King) and always have been... the lie that America won the war against the Red Coats was simply that, a lie. Want proof: You can't own land as you have to pay property taxes every year, if you do not pay those property taxes they take your land. Most of us pay taxes, if we REALLY won against the Royal Crown we wouldn't be paying ANY taxes at all, because that was what started the war. We're paying taxes out the ass-hole right now.
Just look at the current Constitution- The title is in all caps THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES; Look for the original Constitution pre 1871 and it will be titled thusly: "The Constitution of the united states of America". If you look at your natural born birth certificate and other such legal documents, your name is in all caps, thus rendering you a corporate entity to be marketed. I was born on the cusp of VE Day and VJ Day and I am appalled that history has been rendered less clear over my lifetime.
This is one of the most idiotic things I have ever heard.
Give me one, just one, actual, real life example of where in any court of law in the United States, that someone's name in All Capital letters or not had a deciding role in a case.
Seriously, where did this idea even start?
Give me a legal precedent for all caps vs. mixed letters? I'll wait.
It sounds idiotic to you but, DO look up Admiralty Law and you will understand the gold ringes on our flag and the black robed judges (all rise...) who represent the lords of the court here in America.. ALL corporate documents are TITLED in caps. It has been fine chatting with you and developing a thicker skin, thankyou 😁
If you could give me some court cases where these distinctions have mattered, I would be absolutely delighted to change my mind.
Why were you not able to include any court cases in your reply?
I'm pretty sure there was something about not having representation in that whole war about taxes thing you're talking about.
Not sure where you're getting the idea that the revolution was just about never paying taxes. 🤷♀️
Where are you getting this idea, though? What Revolutionary was going around telling colonists that if they won the war, they would never have to pay taxes again? I mean, never pay taxes to the British Crown, yeah.
But never have to pay taxes on anything ever again? Who was saying that? 🤔
