If there’s a f/f by white hats, I highly doubt it would be a casualty event.
Do you mean white hats wouldn’t cause a mass casualty event or that they wouldn’t inject the possibility of one into the American consciousness in order to scare ppl into waking up and looking for new answers?

The great awakening/plan in itself shows white hats are willing to go to ultimate extremes to wake up the world. Those extremes come with real possibilities of mass casualties and unfathomable financial collapses all over the world.
If they’re willing to do that to usher in a great awakening, they’re probably willing to scare ppl into awakening, but that’s just my two cents…
Scare, yes. But not intentionally kill - they’re not evil. And I personally think it would defeat their purpose. Otherwise how are they different from the black hats?
