I think the real question is, who was he actualling warning about telegram.
Was it really 'us', or was it specifically people he was working with?
Then why be public?
Yeah, dunno. What I do know is that Brian Cates is the only one among the telegram anon/influencer peeps connected to the Pit, etc, that actually leapt off telegram.
If telegram was actually compromised to the extent that hundreds or thousands or millions of freedom fighters were in danger, he absolutely shoulda made the info more available and transparent. In my (limited) view.
As for Cates, he ditched his telegram account, then found out he couldn't get it reinstated (as of yet) and he has a few admins overlooking and managing the still operating channel and related chat group!
