This exactly. Dialed once and thought better of it. Got a quick ringback. Somebody's got the spoofing figured out.
Swatter is probably using a burner phone and moving and ditches the phone immediately after the call.
Don't know how you trace that or if it is possible to catch someone doing it that way.
I've butt dialed a couple of times from my lock screen emergency call. They knew all my info. Hung up once before someone answered and they still called me back within seconds.
