The New York state Supreme Court reinstated all state employees fired for being unvaccinated during the pandemic Monday, saying the government violated their rights.

The "Supreme Court" in NY isn't the highest state court (yeah, it's weird). This decision is likely going to be appealed and dragged out for a while until it reaches the highest NY state court, the Court of Appeals.

unless NY needs the tax windfall resulting from people having to declare incomev 250% of their 2019 income for 2022 or 2023 (since it probably wont hit until next year) coupled with Diaper Jo's escalated tax rates and bracket revisions... and you are basically harvesting money from individuals and businesses.
