What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Thanks! I have used the wrist point. While it didn't get me back to sleep, but i did notice it would quickly relax my breathing. I don't think i did it for 2-3 minutes, so that is good to know.
