Also known as **Artemisia Annua**, this plant cures drug-resistant Malaria, has efficacy against Cancer and now (according to Miles Guo) potentially COVID-19. I've been taking it since 2018 daily as a cancer prophylaxis.

I'm tired all the time, sleep very poorly, and am physically weak. Also is there another way to test for fungal infection? My doctors are NYU, and they don't step outside the line. I even remember asking the nurse practitioner about a big blood draw, and she asked me what I wanted done. I obviously had no idea, so she said no. Also wanted a full battery of vitamins and minerals, and she said no. I fucking hate this Rockefeller petroleum bullshit. If it matters, I'm 37/m and dangerously out of shape, so much so that going up to the train platform causes my heart rate to be over 100 bpm. That NP also wants me to exercise when I have zero energy.

Well, there is so much that could contribute.
~Your environment may have hidden mold, making you ill.
~You may be depressed for any reason which can manifest physically
~You may have a thyroid disorder, making you gain weight and feel exhausted.
~You might have untreated sleep apnea, leaving you sleep deprived always.
~Your bed may be completely wrong for your back, leaving you unrested.
~You might have nutritional deficiencies. Can't get well if depleted of things.
~You may have food allergies that make you tired when you eat certain foods.
~You may not produce enough stomach acid, thus can't absorb nutrition properly
You will just have to address these possibilities one by one.
First, consider locating a nearby lab like Quest Diagnostics or similar. Their online websites will list bloodwork you can have done without a prescription. Now, without a prescription usually means you pay for the test out of pocket. But, you'll be able to check anything you want like: thyroid, iron, hormones, allergies, infectious diseases, vitamin deficiencies and more.
Or, locate a Naturopathic Doctor who will be happy to do a full vitamin deficiency panel and other lab work for you to try and get to the bottom of this.
Perhaps a Licensed Nutritionist or Dietician might be able to examine your food intake and cravings and suggest some amendments.
Of course exercise and stretching would be very helpful, but if you simply cannot drag yourself to the train station without palpitations, you'll have to start very gently. Perhaps a simple change like more supportive shoes, or a backpack or briefcase on wheels and clothes that aren't too tight and restrictive might ease this situation.
Listen to motivational music and stretch while sitting or laying on your bed or sofa. Do leg lifts while lying on your back. Do stretches while seated at your desk. Do ankle twirls while working on the computer. Knee bends while waiting for the microwave. Dance by yourself for 1 minute at a time to get your body moving.
Start small and work up.
But getting to the bottom of this really must start with finding a willing professional or two - or three - in your city to help you order tests, interpret the findings, and decide how best to take action.
Once you have eliminated or highlighted any issues, we can go from there.
