China is accused of operating 'secret police stations' in Britain

A report from human rights organisation Safeguard Defenders warned China was operating dozens of undeclared police hubs as part of a global network to crack down on dissenters living abroad.

Part of this is to allow the CPP to protect and enforce Liens on assets that were pledged as collateral for loans that can't be repaid.
