So I’m guessing Conplan 8888 could be used as a reference because it describes a scenario where zombies (previously humans) no longer have the rights that humans have in regards to the Law of War. Therefore the DS has violated the Law of War by pushing the mRNA death shots onto the worldwide population.

The other potential implications of pathogenic (virus spread) zombies is somewhat freaky to say the least!
