That would be a hell of a conversation, up there with PatelPatriot's interview with Clif High. In my opinion, the Law of War is an end to which devolution/CoG are a means.

Great observation. Had not envisioned it that way. Goose bumps!!!

My problem is (and always has been) tending to walk backwards looking forward before I walk forward, backing up and getting as wide a historical perspective as possible before thinking issues forward in time.

Why I was, in my day, good on a team but lousy solo.
