Chicago? Detroit? Whichever part of the California shit hole the Bloods and Crips call home (I have too much of a headache to recall their BS off hand).

Chicago and Detroit together probably has enough crime to equate to all terrorist attacks originating from the middle east (slightly hyperbolic)
