No. These people don't act like us. I don't think Nancy would care if Paul had grinder dates knocking on the door at 2am. I don't think Hillary Clinton had an affair with Webster Hubbell. I think they just copulated at one of their wild drug-fueled parties. Think of sanitized version of this in the movie "Eyes Wide Shut".

She has to have known. Might have something to do with the alcoholism. Him screwing boys might also be preferable for her over women--no inconvenient babies or jealous lover confronting her to get Paul away.
