Best to embrace it and lean into it with a complementary hairstyle or shave it, but I don't think he's hiding it, I think it's just his thing.

One episode he mentioned he needed a trademark and the beanie was it. It made him seem so contrived. I’m not sure why he didn’t make the “beanie baby” association……
