I wonder if the Q post in question is a sequence:

"look to twitter" - as in, watch twitter (we've all certainly been doing that recently)

then

"my fellow Americans..." - Q doesn't say it will be PDJT to send out this post, but the verbiage in it sounds like presidential language.

So the sequence is:

something happens with tw ---> watch for the message
