It’s almost better that it’s not us first. Brazil stepping in and showing that election fraud is happening large scale can tip the narrative for those who didn’t believe it’s possible for us here.
Like most large New England cities, my hometown has been overrun with illegals for the past 20 years. Every time Brazil wins a playoff game in the World Cup (Soccer), the "New Americans" drive all over town waving their Brazilian flag honking and shouting.
I happened to be there visiting friends on Sunday evening and EVERYBODY was out celebrating to the point where they were blocking traffic and the police were assisting. At that point in time, they must have been certain that Bolsonaro had secured the win with his large lead before the trickery was activated.
I hear you buddy. What's really sad is when the illegals:
🟢 Get in a car wreck, they just jump out and run into the woods. They don't bother with a license or insurance.
🟢 Have a baby, they get free-care and usually get sent home with diapers, new car seats and formula.
🟢 Make their money working on roofs they, promptly send the cash back to Central and South America. Downtown has at least 6 spanish wire transfer agents. Never had those when I was growing up.
The news will paint whatever Balsanaro does as some sort of coup against democracy. They will paint him as a dictator no matter what he shows happened.

I could see both sides potential.
Some will think like you said, others will be like "good thing that could never happen here."

News flash: they've been doing that against him for years -- as with the rest of BRICS. Almost as if WEF hated BRICS or something.
Cowering and refusing to do what's necessary because the media will paint you one way or another is seriously foolish.
