Veterans, homeless, children and families struggling to make ends meet, people with disabilities, elderly.. the list goes on. But as a disabled vet, yes-thank you Kid Rock for speaking out. There is so much to be done here on our own soil. Look at the tent cities.. what an effing abomination. No affordable housing. How about dumping money into that? Does anyone who “stands with Ukraine” realize how many homeless mothers are living with children in disgusting motels all throughout Florida? Thousands. Children growing up in one lousy room, bed bug infested, surrounded by violence, drug dealers and users, prostitution and human trafficking. They actually have bus stops at these shitty motels and they are at risk every day. It’s all over Florida and I’m sure everywhere else. There is a waiting list for affordable housing that is several years’ long and even then, the options are trailers and other garbage. But they care about Ukraine.
