Randy Kelton is the guy who introduced this to the LAWFUL world. Keep in mind, you can't file a frivolous BAR grievance with no substance. Well, technically you could and it must be reviewed by the insurance agency, but it wouldn't have the effect you were wanting. You would need to cite a LAWFUL reason for why the judge is ACTING unlawfully for it to have some ooomph.

That being said, if a large number of BAR grievances were filed by different people, it would indeed cause some red flags to be raised, regardless of their merit.

Randy has achieved some remarkable things in Texas when attorneys and judges break the LAW through the use of BAR grievances.

The best angle I can think of for a BAR grievance in this instance is that Gregg and Catherine haven't caused any wrong, harm or injury to another man or woman, therefore, no man/woman can LAWFULLY restrict their freedoms, least of all a man/woman ACTING as a "judge". Unfortunately, this type of reasoning doesn't work in the LEGAL SYSTEM as there are no men/women involved, only trustees of a fictional ALL CAPS NAME trust. As such, I don't know whether this angle would work or not.
