My daughter works for a hospital. She applied for and was denied an exemption for the flue shot. She did receive an exempting for the COVID shot. I have been hearing that they were planning to include the COVID in the flue shot. Does anyone out there know if this is being done right now? If so does the flue shot become NON APPROVED by virtue of the COVID being added to it?

If she gets the flu shot, get the egg based one not the cell based one. If you don't know the difference you WILL be tricked. My wife had to correct the pharmacy 4 times because they kept bringing out the other one, and then questioned why she wanted the egg based one.
Been hollering for years to fam not to get the flu shot. Dad gets very, very sick for two weeks after his yearly shot. I told him what’s the point since you actually get the flu and are in bed for two weeks every stinkin year after the shot? And often again later in the season?
Makes my brain hurt that they can’t make the connection.
So, my question is….Is there a name to ask for or can you just say egg-based flu shot? How to tell the difference? Cuz, he’ll prolly get it again this year. F…
It's called flulaval cvs typically carries it and you have to make sure you check the insert to check the ingredients say egg and syringe because they tried to give my wife the cell based one 4x but she's a nurse and wouldn't let them inject until she saw it
Glad spouse-pepe is so on top of it.
Thank you muchly.
