So is this true for the spike proteins associated with having covid?
From the article "It is important to note that the spike protein present from natural infection clears much more quickly from the human body than does the spike protein from the mRNA injections." So this may explain why I was diagnosed with fairly advance coronary artery disease a few months after I had covid. Not to say that I didn't have it before covid, but perhaps I experienced a huge acceleration that equated to another 10 years of arterial plaque deposition. I think the covid virus was engineered to do these kinds of things that aren't usually immediate, but decrease the life expectancy of those who got covid, and those who got the shots. The evil associated with covid has no bounds.
I don't think it added any plaque to your arteries, that's lifestyle and genetics. Arterial inflammation softens the plaque you have which is what covid and these so called vaccines contribute to. You have to stabilize and calcify soft plaque by changing your diet drastically and exercising. Stay away from foods that contribute to arterial inflammation. The gliadin protein in wheat is one your immune system attacks in your arteries. There's a lot more gluten today in wheat than 2000 years ago and the immune system in celiac's is just more responsive to it.
And I've been making bread at home because the store bought bread is so full of stuff, and I add gluten flour to the mix to make the bread soooooooo delicious. Now I have to decide whether a few years of extra life as an old geezer is worth going without such delicious stuff :) (based on family history (all males died of heart disease before age of 60), I don't have a very high chance of making it to geezerhood)
Well, you now know more than they did.

Have you thought of eating less carbs/starches? Since you bake, check out indigo nili on youtube. She has a lot of great recipes ( some experimenting with making keto breads, etc). What ever you do, I wish you the best.
