This is not an incarceration, it's a protection operation by Federal Marshals. Why do I think that? Because they're both being held at an undisclosed location for a process "crime". This is something that doesn't happen. You get held at an undisclosed location by Federal Marshall's for your own protection.

My sense is that they are now trying to reassure concerned patriots that GP & CE are safe, lest someone do something foolish.
